Return Policy
All Zamarys products are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the date the order was received. Eligibility is approved once the items have not been worn, stained/soiled, altered, and hygiene liners attached with no sign of removal. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you try on all Zamarys products over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse items that show any sign of the above.
Please note that all sale items are final sale and store credit is a one-time discount code that must be used in a single purchase. Please return unworn items in their original Zamarys packaging with all hang tags attached. All exchange shipping costs shall be incurred at the customers expense.

Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
International Shipping
All international orders are final sale (any country outside of the United States). Please be aware that customs may impose taxes/additional fees. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to pay if they are charged by their country. If a package is returned to us, the customer is still responsible for the original shipping cost and any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package. The package will be returned to us and we will not provide a refund of any kind.
